Narok Diploma Teachers Training College
Narok Teachers College is mandated by the Ministry of Education to train and produce quality primary school teachers of a developing and expanding primary school education system. To fulfill this mandate, the college aspires to provide a conducive training environment. Narok Teachers’ Training College is situated 3 km from Narok town along Mau-Narok –Nakuru Road. The college was established in the year 2010 after the previous college was upgraded to university status in 2009. Due to this change, all the facilities remained in the now Maasai Mara University. The new college was then constructed in a new site.
My experience at Narok Teachers Training College has been truly transformative.
The lecturers are supportive and dedicated to ensuring that every student understands the course content and develops the skills required to become a professional teacher. The learning environment is welcoming, and the college provides excellent opportunities for practical teaching experience
